Next door neighbors
so i have new next door neighbors and two nights now (not in a row thankfully but still) i have been kept awake by one of them snoring. snoring so loud i can hear it thru the wall. and not just thru the wall but thru the wall and my earplugs which i hate wearing because they bug me and keep me from sleeping which sort of defeats the purpose one would think and also with my stereo on. how is it possible to snore that loudly? seriously, so now i have a dilemna... do i say something and ask them to possibly move their bed away from the shared wall or do i lose sleep ocassionaly? i'd really prefer not to lose sleep as i sleep so crapily anyway but saying something seems rude of course i normally have no problem being outspoken, even rude but still, i haven't even actually met them. any suggestions?
on a happier note i am going on a first date tonight with a guy i met online (i sort of vowed not to do the online thing anymore but i wasn't looking, it just kind of happened and he seems nice...) anyway, meeting at louisa's in pasadena after work tonight, keep your collective fingers crossed that he's not a freak/creep/psycho killer/ignoramous :-/

snoring that loudly is a health problem and often a serious one. Is the man especially fat? You should mention it to them and also tell them you think it might be a health problem . Allan

thats a site for a product that helps control snoring . Print it out and give it to your neighbor . I had a grandmother who snored so loud you could almost not even stay in the same house with her if she was sleeping . Honestly it was freaking bizzare . allan
Yeah and it's a woman, there isn't a man living there. It's not every night and now I got a humidifier which is pretty loud so I'm hoping that drowns her out. I'm not sure she speaks english though so talking to her about it is kind of awkward...
Beanns, You don't know me but I'm here because I'be been praying for you and searching for some word on how you're doing post-op.
On this situ: I'm so glad you took Blu's advice. I would take care with people you don't know, especially with the language barrier. Approaching people about this kind of thing could lead to a different kind of sleep loss - if you get my drift. Sarai
