Boys and stuff

so I've gone on two dates with this new guy I met online. I really had planned on not dating anymore online guys because it just doesn't seem to work out for me but then again, the best laid plans...
he's Iranian and I have pretty much always said I would not date a middle eastern guy, not because I'm prejudiced or don't find them attractive but because of the cultural differences. The truth is, I am quite difficult, opinionated, and sometimes quite bitchy and I don't take any crap. and I know that *most* middle eastern men like their women more submissive than I could ever be so I didn't think it would work therefore, what's the point. but this guy seems ok with my sassyness, he's quite sassy himself. there are some quirks though and I'm not sure it's going anywhere in the long run but it's definitely interesting. tonight we went to dinner and a movie and he's really gentlemanly; opening car doors, having me walk in front of him. I think we are going to a shooting range next week (my fault because I told him I own guns and like to shoot), now that s/b interesting!
